The Flagpole

When Hobo convinced me to go with a "yes" for season tickets, i made a promise: "I'll provide the tailgate flagpole". Note - there is some disagreement between whether i said "provide" or "buy". here's the thing - they are $90 or more. i'm cheap. so, in the spirit of gettin' it done, i created the redneck flagpole out of PVC and other small parts. Upon construction, i decided it was too flexible, so plan B was to mount it to the roof of the car, on my cargo basket, to be exact. about $13 of materials later, here ya go. pic's will be taken on opening day, and posted here...

Hobo is providing the hanging gear for opposite my bills banner. i believe he has something spectacular in mind...

the other thing we talked about getting for tailgates... a school bus. more on that another time.
