Mr. Wilson may have driven us mad over the last decade of futility, but the man should be revered for what he did to develop the sport I love, support the region I grew up in, and give us all something to be passionate about.  You all know the stories of Ralph, and the things he did for this league.  A true hall of famer, without a doubt.  Rest In Peace, Mr. Wilson.  I am proud to have had the pleasure of meeting you.

There once was a guy who loves sports
and rooted for teams of all sorts
his teams did not win
so he drank too much gin
and smoked all his cuban imports

In hockey the sabres kept losing
so sabres fans took to the boozing
they can't score the puck
they've lost all their luck
and that slug on their sweaters is oozing

The boyz of october are playing
but the orioles at home have been staying
played well for boss buck
but so long did they suck
that "maybe next year"s what they're saying

Joe Pa's been coaching forever
sometimes his play calling's clever
Penn State's just been weak
Joe's well past his peak
and the defense has stopped the "O" never

The NFL brings him his thrills
since a kid he's been loving his Bills
but at Oh-and-five
with Ralph barely alive
he'd rather spend time on the Jills

so where has that left our poor hero
who's sports luck has scored him a zero?
there's good news in the air
cause he just doesn't care!
and now he is off for a beer-o!

I billieve it's a damn good thing that we throw a legendary tailgate... I billieve that the game we are going to see is going to be too painful to think about... I billieve i'm not sure it i will renew my seasons next year... I billieve i have bowel movements with more talent that the bills offense displays... I billieve...
